Russian Easter bread.
365 days of misery in Russia.
3 continuous days of non-stop studying.
20 out of 57 questions studied.
2 out of 5 exams completed.
1 more month to my Italy trip.
And finally it came. The day that everyone has been waiting for, the Russian Easter Day, this coming sunday. Though I feel stressful, tired and a bit unhappy these few days but… so excited now!

This is the time where we get to eat this colorful bread. They only sell it during their Easter celebration. Most of the Russians are Orthodox Catholic (neh their cross got another slash wan ler) and they celebrate Christmas, Easter at a different day. They celebrate Christmas on the 10th of January every year and Easter on the 27th April. They are always lagging behind, I know… even our toilet roll also still very primitive like those “yau char kuai” paper.
This bread is the only thing that is so far edible and delicious in Russia. The bread is soft and is filled with raisins inside. For the first time, this year they added extra baby chicky candy on the bread. So cuuuutttteeee hor? dunno want to start from eating which part first. The head or the wings?
Oh… and yuin yin is very smart today lor. Fight with all the big ass babushka (old lady) and got the last bread there! Poor Jane, she didn’t manage to get one so I think we will try again later when they re-stock. Lol.
