Nothing gives you more satisfaction than having steamboat during this cold season.
Steamboat translated from chinese literally means fire pot/hot pot. Steamboat are famous among chinese, korean and japanese.
It is easy to prepare, food are cooked quickly and ready to be eaten right away and can serve a big group of people.
Firstly, we need to make soup base (chicken soup, tomyam soup, vegetable soup etc) for steamboat. And then throw everything you can find in the room (mushroom, meat, sausage, cabbage etc etc) inside the boiling soup. Close the pot with cover and wait for soup to boil second round. Lastly, take your your bowl and chopstick and start eating =D. Watch out! Don’t burn your tongue because it is really hot!
Enjoy your meal! ^_^
