Today is labor day and supposingly everyone don’t have to go to work. But as long as i live in malaysia i don’t remember hospitals, medical staffs, doctors ever stop working for even once. Funny thing in Russia, patients and doctors… practically the whole hospital declared their own holiday. Yea lar, i know Labor day is a public holiday but then severely ill patients need to be monitored and treated all the time mah. Yesterday we had our 1st therapy class (aka internal medicine), we were assigned to a patient each and supposed to check the patient, write a case history and make a diagnosis. We were suprised when we went to 3rd floor, the whole floor is empty. No nurses, no patients. Every ward we went were emtpy >_

Haih…. these russians ah… sick already, holiday still wan to chao lou. And then they will start drinking vodkas and eat fatty food again. When come back to hospital, disease will exacerbates. It’s so good to feel abdominal pain all the time meh?
